Elite Spas is a family-run Isle of Wight business, established in 2007.
Unlike many larger businesses, the people who sell your spa are also the people who deliver it, install it, move it and look after it.
Ian (Dad) and I handle most of our customer consultations, installations, repairs and spa movements ourselves. Other members of our family team also help with installations,removals and other serivces when needed. You may even see the dogs and chickens making an appearence when visiting the showroom.
We don’t use outside contractors, our installations, spa movements, servicing and repairs are handled by our own family team.
That means when you buy from Elite Spas, you’re dealing directly with the people who know your spa inside and out.

We’ve always believed in selling quality American-made spas, and in 2019 we became an authorised Artesian Spas dealer.
Artesian is an established American spa manufacturer, producing hot tubs and swim spas in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a focus on hydrotherapy, engineering and quality components.
One of the reasons we chose Artesian is their approach to engineering. Rather than simply filling a hot tub with as many features as possible. Artesian uses established, quality components throughout its spas, from pumps and heating systems to filtration and controls.
From the pumps and heating systems to the filtration, hydrotherapy and construction, we believe the quality of the components matters just as much as the features you can see.
And after years of working with hot tubs, we know what happens after the sale matters too.
We work on the spas ourselves, so we have first-hand experience of how they’re built, how they perform and how they can be maintained over the years.
