Buying a hot tub should be exciting and enjoyable- and at Elite Spas , we make the entire process simple, transparent and stress free.
Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a friendly consultation, either in the comfort of your own home or at our showroom.
This is where we get to know you -your space, your lifestyle and what you’re looking to achieve from your spa. Whether its family relaxation, hydrotherapy benefits or a space to entertain, we’ll guide you towards the model that suits your needs best.
Discover the Range
If you haven’t already visited our showroom, we strongly encourage you come and see us.
Buying a hot tub is a significant investment, and we believe it’s important for you to see, touch and experience the quality and engineering of an Artesian Spa first-hand. From the build quality to the comfort of the seating, the power of the jets and the effiency of the equipment, nothing compares to seeing it in person.
Site Survey
If we haven’t already visited your home, we’ll carry our a free detailed site survey. This allows us to – assess delivery access, advise on positioning and discuss groundwork and electrical requirements.
Order Confirmation & Preparation
Once you’ve chosen your spa, we’ll provide a complete written breakdown of your purchase, along with clear Pre Delivery Instructions so you know exactly what is required prior to delivery.
A small deposit secures your spa, then the remaining balance is due prior to delivery. We will stay in touch throughout, ensuring everything is on track and ready.
Delivery Day
The best part, delivery day. Our team will position and fully set up your spa, working alongside your qualified electrician to ensure everything is installed safely and correctly.
Once the spa is filled, heating and running, we’ll carry out a full Spa School session. We won’t leave until you feel completely confident and ready to enjoy your new spa.
