About Elite Spas Isle of Wight
Elite Spas Isle of Wight Ltd is a family-run business established in 2007, specialising in premium hot tubs and swim spas across the Isle of Wight.
For nearly two decades, we’ve helped customers choose, install and look after their spas — and in that time we’ve supplied and installed more than 500 hot tubs and swim spas across the Island.
We’ve always focused on quality American spas, and in 2019 we became an authorised Artesian Spas dealer. Today, our range includes everything from compact and affordable hot tubs through to premium hydrotherapy spas and TidalFit swim spas.
What makes Elite Spas a little different is that we’re genuinely hands-on. Ian and I handle most customer consultations, deliveries, installations, repairs and spa movements ourselves, with other members of our family team helping when needed. We don’t use outside contractors for our spa installations, servicing, repairs or spa movements.
That means the people helping you choose your spa are also the people who understand how it’s installed, how it works and how to look after it for years to come.
We’re also proud to be part of the Isle of Wight community, including our involvement with the Royal Isle of Wight County Show, where we’ve supported the event and showcased our spas over the years.

What to Expect When Buying Your Spa
Buying a hot tub or swim spa should be exciting and enjoyable. At Elite Spas, we make the whole process straightforward, from helping you choose the right spa to site preparation, delivery, installation and your final Spa School.
Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a friendly consultation, either at our showroom or in the comfort of your own home.
We’ll talk about your available space, lifestyle and what you’d like from your spa, whether that’s relaxation, hydrotherapy, family time, fitness or a combination of them. From there, we can help you narrow down the models and features that best suit you.
Discover the Range
If you haven’t already visited our showroom, this is a great opportunity to come and explore some of the range in person.
A hot tub or swim spa is a significant investment, and we believe it’s important to see, touch and experience the options before making your decision. We’ll talk you through the differences between the ranges, seating layouts, hydrotherapy, features and running considerations, helping you find the spa that feels right for you. With models ranging from compact Garden Spas through to our premium Artesian Elite range and TidalFit swim spas, there’s plenty to explore.
Site Survey
If we haven’t already visited your property, we’ll carry out a free site survey before installation. We’ll assess access for delivery, discuss the best position for your spa and talk through any groundwork and electrical requirements. This gives us the chance to identify any potential access or installation challenges in advance, so everything can be properly prepared before delivery day.
Order Confirmation & Preparation
Once you’ve chosen your spa, we’ll provide a clear written breakdown of your order and confirm everything with you before taking your deposit. We’ll also provide our Pre-Delivery Instructions, which explain what needs to be prepared before installation, including the base, electrical supply and access requirements. If you have any questions while preparing for delivery, we’re only a phone call away and happy to help make sure everything is ready for the big day.
Delivery Day & Spa School
When delivery day arrives, our family team will carefully position and install your new hot tub or swim spa and get everything set up ready for you. Once your spa is filled and running, we’ll take you through your Spa School, showing you how to use the controls, look after the water, maintain the filtration system and keep your spa running at its best.
We won’t simply deliver your spa and disappear. We’ll make sure you’re comfortable with how everything works, and if you have questions afterwards, we’re only a phone call away.
From first conversation to first soak, we’re with you every step of the way – making the process straightforward, informed and enjoyable.
Visit Our Isle of Wight Showroom
Our showroom is located in Winford, near Sandown, where you can visit us to explore our range of premium hot tubs and swim spas and talk through the options with our family team.
As we’re a small family-run business and the showroom is based at our home address, we recommend calling ahead if you’d like a dedicated showroom appointment. This helps us make sure one of us is available to give you plenty of time, answer your questions and show you around the spas.
